Sika BlackSeal Lastic is a rubberised bitumen emulsion coating, which is used as a stand alone coating or in conjunction with Sika BlackSeal Membrane (polyprop fabric) to form a waterproofing system.
Waterproofing for various applications such as: Flat roofs waterproofing, Waterproofing of water retaining structures, Flashing of roofs, Gutters, Parapet walls, Sealing of fixing, lap joints and roof screws.
Apply with brush, roller or trowel, Supplied ready to use, No primer needed, Easy to apply, Non-sag on vertical surfaces, Remains flexible on low temperature, Crack bridging, Non toxic.
